5. A valid travel medical insurance for the duration of the stay in Schengen area with a minimum coverage of EURO 30,000.
6. Confirmed booking (travel itinerary) of round-trip air ticket, with fixed travel dates of maximum 90 days and correct number of entries, see the regulations of entries. (to be provide by Sky planet Holidays)
7. Certificate of the travel agency confirming the booking and itinerary of an organized trip or any other appropriate document indicating the envisaged travel plans. (to be provide by Sky planet Holidays)
