2. Final payment Should pay 30 days prior of Departure date 3. Our Visa team will assist you to get Visa, Visa decision will take by Embassy and consulate, Airbow holiday will not be responsible for in case of visa rejection, Cancellation policy will applicable for Visa rejection terms also
4. Any cancellations after booking, Cancellation charges May apply (including Visa rejection, Nature Calamites and any other your personnel reasons)
5. Airfare & Visa Fee is Non-Refundable at any time cancellation

SCEHNGEN VISA REQUIREMENTS:
1. Original current passport and all previous passports. Passport must be valid at least 3 months beyond intended travel, issued within the previous 10 years, and containing at least two blank pages.
2. Applicant’s passport photo (white background) not older than six months (35-40MM).
3. Signed cover letter from the online Application Portal Norway received by e-mail. It can also be retrieved online from the Application Portal. (can Handle by Airbow visa executive)
4. Print and answer all questions in the questionnaire for C-visa and submit it with your visa application. Find the questionnaire further down in this document. (can Handle by Airbow visa executive)
5. A valid travel medical insurance for the duration of the stay in Schengen area with a minimum coverage of EURO 30,000.
6. Confirmed booking (travel itinerary) of round-trip air ticket, with fixed travel dates of maximum 90 days and correct number of entries, see the regulations of entries. (to be provide by Airbow Holidays)
7. Certificate of the travel agency confirming the booking and itinerary of an organized trip or any other appropriate document indicating the envisaged travel plans. 9. Documents of employment, school or studies and permission for leave.
